Prof. Ivan Paris

Full Professor

Ivan Paris received his PhD in Economic and Social History from Bocconi University in Milan (2006). Since June 2018 he has been full professor of Economic History at the University of Brescia, Department of Economics and Management. His research interests focus on the history of technology, the history of Made in Italy, the business history of fashion and the Italian Fashion System, entrepreneurship, enterprise and regional and local economic development in the 19th and 20th centuries.

His main publications include books and articles in journals such as Enterprise and Society, Journal of Interdisciplinary History, Technology and Culture, History and Technology, European Review of History, Revista de Historia Industrial and Journal of Modern Italian Studies.
